Inclusion Chilliwack Society (ICS), formerly known as the Chilliwack Society for Community Living (CSCL) is a non-profit organization that supports adults with developmental disabilities, children and youth with support needs and their families in the Chilliwack and surrounding areas since 1954. Must-Have:
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License (will consider a Class 7 License, sometimes, if able to obtain Class 5 within six months of hire date)

About Our Service Areas
Child & Youth Services:
Provides a wide range of services to children and youth with special needs in Chilliwack and the Fraser Cascade areas. Services offered are Kidz Club (after school hours program for 6-12 year olds), Teen Clubs (after school hours programs for 13-18 year olds), 1:1 supports (6-18 year olds), Summer Programming (6-18 year olds).
‘Community Support Workers’ are needed here.
Community Inclusion Services:
Small group and individualized activities in the areas of life skills enhancement, social capital development, employment, volunteering, recreation and leisure for adults of all ages. Supports may be provided out of the person’s own home, in the community or in one of ICS’ multiple locations throughout the Chilliwack and surrounding area.
‘Community Support Workers’ are needed here.
Outreach Services:
Provides support to people living with family members as well as individuals who live independently in the community. Individuals are supported to develop life skills such as daily living skills (ie: cooking, cleaning laundry), money management, addressing health & safety issues, setting boundaries, managing stress, parenting, relationship building and establishing healthy social connections.
‘Community Connectors’ and ‘Community Support Workers’ are needed here.
Staff Supported Homes (Adults & Children/Youth):
Each individual living in these homes is supported to live their own lives with encouragement from family, friends and their support team. The homes provide a 24/7 staffing model of support and reflect the wishes, dreams and needs of the people who live in them.
‘Support Workers’ and ‘Licensed Registered Nurses’ are needed here.
Supported Employment Services (Adults & Youth):
Provides opportunities for individuals to obtain real work for real pay. Services include job development, job-site training and job support.
